IT System Engineer

Salary

• Up to 10,000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
• Up to 12,000 PLN net (B2B Contract) + 20 days of paid vacation

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Own and act as subject matter expert for Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.
• Monitor and secure office networks and network devices; update network systems and manage their life cycle.
• Analyze organizational IT needs and select and implement new technologies, applications, and solutions.
• Cooperate closely with IT Operations team members and support the IT Operations Team Leader in identifying IT and security solutions.
• Cooperate with Security, Legal, IT, and Finance teams to consult on and implement their solutions and requirements.
• Prepare and update internal and stakeholder-facing documentation.
• Share knowledge with IT and security teams and across the organization; implement change-management processes.
• Support, verify, and create automation processes for non-technical departments.
• Participate in procurement for new tools, applications, and solutions.
• Automate and maintain processes and tools for IT Operations and other organizational units.

Requirements

Must-haves:

• At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and configuration, SAML, SSO, and API utilization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• English at a minimum B2 level.
• Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with middleware, such as Zapier and Slack Workflows.
