Your Role

• Give direction in following existing software development-process standards.
• Support the System Engineer in defining system architecture.
• Maintain client contacts regarding software tasks.
• Mentor colleagues in solving technical problems.
• Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with quality standards and schedules.
• Design, develop, and maintain middleware components that enable communication between system modules and integrate the application layer with hardware and the system platform.
• Coordinate and/or lead software activities during project development.
• Support cooperation with local and remote teams.
• Represent the company as an engineering professional.
• Further develop professional qualifications.
• Support innovation and organizational programs.

Your Background

• MSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in a specific technical domain.
• Prior experience designing and programming microcontrollers and processors.
• Experience with software project lifecycles in a company using an engineering process.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating middleware, including communication layers, system services, and interfaces between embedded-system components.
• Experience coordinating software projects.
