Expert Software Engineer - Middleware

Your Role

• Follow established standards in the software development process.
• Collect and analyze software requirements.
• Prepare software design documentation.
• Code software modules.
• Prepare and perform tests to verify software work products.
• Maintain client contact regarding software tasks.
• Cooperate with local and remote teams.
• Continuously develop professional qualifications.
• Actively participate in technical innovation and organizational programs.
• Develop and maintain middleware components that enable communication between system modules and integrate the application layer with hardware and the system platform.
• Support engineering problem-solving.
• Coordinate and/or lead software project activities.

Your Background

• MSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience designing and programming microcontrollers and processors.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Good knowledge of tools for programming microcontrollers and processors.
• Good knowledge of software engineering tools supporting the software production process.
• Knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining the middleware layer—including system integration, inter-component communication (IPC), communication protocols, and middleware architecture in embedded systems—is an added value.
