Description

Allegro Pay develops purchase-financing and payment solutions for Allegro customers. This role supports core business goals through credit-risk optimization, limit management, credit-bureau reporting, BI tool development, and risk-cost reduction.

You will design new processes, use data for risk management, and lead a high-impact function supporting lending portfolio expansion. The role focuses on building powerful, stable solutions for a product with millions of active users.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and scale credit-limit management strategies.
  • Oversee integrations with key partners, including BIK and BIGs, to ensure seamless data exchange and maximize partner data for risk assessment and reporting.
  • Analyze and develop risk processes that determine eligibility and usage parameters for users.
  • Examine customer behavior to identify and manage potential credit-risk factors.
  • Implement solutions using internal and external data sources, including credit bureaus, open banking, and device fingerprinting.
  • Propose strategic process improvements based on data insights and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with analytics, machine-learning, and engineering teams to evolve the risk technology stack and design data-process flows.
  • Develop creditworthiness-assessment methodologies in line with regulations and best practices.
  • Design, build, and maintain risk datasets and reports for credit-risk management and portfolio monitoring.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that address evolving business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize cost of risk through robust credit monitoring.

Requirements

  • Excellent practical knowledge of SQL; Snowflake is used.
  • Experience analyzing credit data, including BIK/BIG data.
  • Proven credit-risk management experience.
  • Experience creating data visualizations with tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and implement credit-policy documents.
  • Familiarity with AIS data management, including retrieving, structuring, and using data for risk analysis.
  • Strong risk-data management and reporting skills, including the ability to design, build, and maintain risk datasets, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Data Science, Python, AirFlow, GIT, Tableau, and AI Agents.
