About the job
The team develops and operates a modern, secure, and resilient digital workplace environment. Its services include endpoint management, printing, CCTV, a corporate password manager, remote access, virtual workplace infrastructure, and internal process automation. The team manages the security and health of macOS and Windows workstations as well as iOS and Android mobile devices, explores emerging technologies including AI, and collaborates with technical and business teams from requirements and system design through implementation.

- 30 days of occasional remote work.
What will your job involve?
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain servers, workstations, services, and core back-office IT infrastructure.
- Ensure global device compliance across the environment.
- Handle technical tickets and requests from clients and lower support lines; diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Execute and manage routine software and operating-system patching.
- Configure, manage, and maintain localized physical workplace services, including CCTV infrastructure, distributed access-control systems, and central printing.
- Monitor system availability, analyze logs, and assist with capacity planning.
- Prepare, expand, and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and task tracking for the team and stakeholders.
- Participate in a 24-hour on-duty rotation; remain available by phone and computer to troubleshoot and resolve critical service issues outside regular working hours.
- Collaborate with internal network, security, and IT support teams to address complex infrastructure requirements.
- Assist with IT infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and system modernization initiatives.
You’ll be a great fit if you bring
- Strong practical administration, configuration, and troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
- Understanding of IT service management principles based on ITIL methodology or an ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Proven experience with Active Directory and endpoint-management tools such as SCCM and WSUS.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, endpoint protection, and infrastructure security standards.
- Practical PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting experience for workflow automation, plus basic SQL querying knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, independent working ability, and alignment with SLA/KPI targets.
- Teamwork skills, at least B2 English communication skills, and an ability to build long-term relationships with internal clients and vendors.
- A Computer Science degree or equivalent professional training combined with proven experience in a similar role.
- Practical experience with infrastructure monitoring and metrics visualization tools.
- Familiarity with device-enrollment concepts and workflows.
- Ability to navigate technical and business stakeholders and build relationships with external vendors.
- Analytical, proactive approach to identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term fixes.
- Readiness for occasional business travel to collaborate with teams in other locations.
