The team builds and operates a modern, secure, and resilient digital workplace ecosystem. Its services include endpoint management, printing, CCTV, corporate password management, secure remote access, virtual workplace infrastructure, internal process automation, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. The role collaborates with technical and business teams from requirements and system design through implementation.

Important things for you

  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid 4/1 model, with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  • 30 days of occasional remote work.

What will your job involve?

  • Own and manage complex IT infrastructure services.
  • Design macro-level architecture and blueprints for new systems, ensuring technologies integrate, scale, and remain highly available.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of features and services, from requirements elicitation and analysis through system deployment.
  • Design, implement, and optimize proactive monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure anomalies.
  • Automate troubleshooting and perform complex root-cause analysis on distributed, large-scale systems.
  • Lead and execute IT infrastructure migration, upgrade, and modernization projects across international environments.
  • Prepare, expand, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and task tracking for complex systems.
  • Collaborate with corporate network, security, and IT support teams.
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-duty rotation, remaining available by phone and computer to resolve critical service issues outside core hours.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring

  • Expert-level knowledge of managing large-scale endpoint environments.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, Windows Server RDS services, and virtualization/container platforms such as Docker.
  • Strong scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, with a focus on automation, optimization, and AI-assisted operations.
  • Deep skills in privilege management, security rules, permission sets, and endpoint compliance.
  • Ability to move from day-to-day operations to an engineering and systems-thinking approach.
  • Strong time and project management skills; ability to lead projects autonomously and work with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Teamwork skills, at least B2 English communication skills, and relationship-building skills with internal clients and vendors.
  • A Computer Science degree or equivalent professional training combined with proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proactivity and readiness for occasional business trips to work with specialized teams at different locations.
  • Analytical thinking and a drive to identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
