The IT team keeps the global workforce productive and secure across all locations. It owns the full employee technology lifecycle, including device provisioning and management, identity and access, corporate SaaS administration, on-site and remote support, and IT automation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line IT support, following escalations from the AI IT bot, via helpdesk, chat, and in person.
  • Prepare, configure, ship, and manage employee laptops running macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu for remote staff and the Wroclaw office.
  • Deliver on-site IT support and maintain office technology, including meeting rooms, network, and peripherals.
  • Run IT onboarding for new hires in Polish and English, including accounts, devices, access, and first-day setup.
  • Administer user accounts and access in Google Workspace and Okta, including provisioning, deprovisioning, groups, and SSO apps.
  • Manage devices and hardware inventory in Hexnode MDM and the asset-tracking system.
  • Support senior administrators with advanced infrastructure and automation tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration, ideally in an international or SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and provisioning macOS and Windows; Linux/Ubuntu experience is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration and identity/SSO tools such as Okta.
  • Experience with an MDM solution, such as Hexnode, Jamf, Intune, or a comparable tool, and IT asset management.
  • Networking fundamentals: DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi; UniFi exposure is a plus.
  • Strong spoken and written English at B2+ level, fluent Russian or Ukrainian, and Polish is a strong plus for on-site onboarding and support.
  • Strong service mindset, clear communication, ownership, patience, and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Wroclaw office.
  • Degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
