What you will be working on:Delivering product features with AI coding agents as your primary implementation loop: writing specs and context-rich tasks that carry architecture, team standards, existing patterns, and acceptance criteria, then iterating until the output meets the barReviewing and verifying agent-generated code with the same rigor you would apply to a colleague's, catching the plausible-but-wrong before it reaches productionTaking full ownership of every feature end-to-end: clarifying requirements, understanding the problem, owning the quality and test coverage of what you ship, delivering to production, then monitoring behavior, performance, and regressions post-releaseImproving how the team works with agents: the shared context, rules, prompts, and guardrails that make everyone's agent output better, not just yoursConducting code and documentation reviews to ensure quality, share knowledge, and maintain consistency across the codebaseParticipating in duty rotations: monitoring production systems, responding to incidents, keeping services availableGrowing technically inside a team with a strong engineering culture, clean architecture, and a high bar for deliveryWhat we expect from you:5+ years of commercial software engineering experienceHands-on experience building production software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar), including how you set up context, decompose work for an agent, and validate what comes back.
