IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the IT team and provide day-to-day technical support for employees. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, helping users with hardware, software, accounts, access, connectivity, and workplace technology.

This role combines hands-on technical support, IT asset management, user administration, and process improvement. You will work closely with employees, external IT vendors, and internal teams responsible for advanced infrastructure and security topics.

This position requires working from the Wrocław office 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Manage IT tickets in Freshservice, keeping users informed and documenting solutions.
  • Prepare, configure, track, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and conference room equipment.
  • Support user accounts, access, MFA, and permissions across company tools.
  • Install and maintain software and manage software licenses.
  • Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN issues, escalating more complex cases.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs, warranties, replacements, and external IT vendors.
  • Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
  • Familiarity with MDM, MFA, SSO, and basic IAM concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems; Freshservice is a plus.
  • Good understanding of common SaaS tools and Google Workspace.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and DNS.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a user-focused approach.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and improve IT processes.
