  • Partner with Product, Design, and Data to identify friction, frame problems, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Design and run experiments that increase submission rates, reduce confusion, and make experimentation safer for the team.
  • Integrate claiming flows with documents, communications, claim processing, partner APIs, and internal tooling.
  • Modernise legacy parts of the journey to increase delivery speed and reduce risk.
  • Improve reliability and observability to identify and resolve issues before they affect a traveller's claim.
  • Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and pragmatic technical decisions.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows when they improve speed or quality.

After one year, you will have measurably improved eligible-traveller claim completion, made experimentation faster and safer, and simplified the codebase so the team can ship with greater confidence.
