Work mode: Hybrid – 6 days per month in the Kraków office, with days chosen by the consultant and the option to attend all 6 consecutively.

Rate: 110–130 zł/h.

We are looking for a team of Production Support Engineers with experience in payments environments.

The team is responsible for production support, operational stability, resilience, and Run-the-Bank (RTB) activities across critical global payments platforms. A key objective is to evolve from a 24/5.5 operating model to full 24/7 support coverage while building stronger Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) capabilities across the function.

This is not a pure software engineering or infrastructure role. The ideal consultants will have hands-on experience supporting business-critical payment applications in production, managing incidents, resolving issues, and maintaining service stability.

This role requires onsite presence at the Kraków office six times per month.
