The Work

• Gather business and functional requirements in the IGA/IAM area.
• Design and implement an access role model and associated entitlements.
• Design and build business processes related to identity management, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, and privilege audits.
• Plan and implement leading-edge Identity and Access Management solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based.
• Address emerging cybersecurity challenges.

Work Model

The work location may include a mix of remote work, onsite work at a client, and office-based work, depending on project circumstances. The role includes some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of identity and access management topics, including directory services, identity lifecycle, processes for granting and revoking privileges, and privileged access management (PAM).
• Familiarity with identity management tools and systems, such as SailPoint, One Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, and Omada.
• Familiarity, depending on the solution used, with selected technical skills and experience in Java (Beanshell), VBA, .NET, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, PowerShell, Linux, and Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud platforms.
• Broad interests, out-of-the-box problem-solving ability, confidence in making major decisions, and the ability to explain complex problems simply.
