Join the SAP Platform Security Team to deliver SAP Identity & Access Management solutions across hybrid SAP landscapes. The work focuses on SAP Access Governance and Authentication for S/4HANA transformations and cloud adoption.

The team specializes in:

• SAP GRC Access Control 12.0
• SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG)
• SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS)
• SAP Identity Authentication and Federation scenarios
• Hybrid SAP IAM architectures spanning on-premise and cloud environments

Description

• Support the design and implementation of SAP IAM solutions across hybrid SAP landscapes
• Configure and implement SAP GRC Access Control and/or SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG)
• Design and implement authentication and identity-federation scenarios using SAP Cloud Identity Services
• Support access governance processes, including access request management, access risk analysis, and access certification
• Participate in IAM architecture and integration design across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP cloud solutions
• Contribute to IAM strategy development, business proposals, and RFP responses
• Develop IAM accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets
• Mentor junior team members in SAP IAM topics

Qualifications

SAP IAM Analyst

• 1–3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), preferably in SAP environments
• Basic knowledge or initial hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control
• Exposure to SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) and/or SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS) is an advantage
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), access request workflows, user provisioning processes, and access risk analysis
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, structured documentation, and presentations
• Experience preparing reports, analyzing access data, and supporting audit or compliance activities is an advantage
• Strong communication and project-team collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn SAP IAM architecture and governance frameworks

SAP IAM Consultant

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) or SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS)
• Experience delivering SAP IAM implementations in hybrid SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), access request workflows, access risk analysis, and role governance
• Experience contributing to SAP IAM architecture, solution design, or implementation projects
• Exposure to pre-sales activities such as RFP/RFI responses

Bonus Points

• SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) implementation experience
• SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS) authentication and federation experience
• SAP BTP security and identity-integration knowledge
• SAP Authorization Management experience, including role design and role governance
