ForgeRock/Ping Consultant/Engineer (She/He/They)

The Work

• Gather business and functional requirements in the IAM area from customers.
• Design and build identity-management processes from the business side, including identity lifecycle management, access requests and privilege audits.
• Plan, design and implement scalable, transformative Customer Identity and Access Management solutions, particularly on the Ping/ForgeRock platform.
• Drive continuous improvement in future-focused cybersecurity areas.
• Collaborate with global market leaders to accelerate cybersecurity innovation.
• Work may be remote, onsite at a client, or in an office depending on project circumstances. Some in-person collaboration, learning and relationship-building time is expected.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Extensive experience implementing the ForgeRock identity platform in on-premises infrastructure, including AM, IM and DS modules.
• Experience designing target solution architecture, including:
  • High-availability infrastructure planning
  • Dev, Test and Prod environment planning
  • Integration with central log databases
  • CI/CD planning and change management
  • Target data-model design and implementation on ForgeRock DS
  • Development standards for the ForgeRock platform
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization security standards, including OAuth, OIDC, REST API and SCA, and their implementation on the ForgeRock platform.
• Experience migrating customer databases to the ForgeRock identity platform.
• Practical experience developing and configuring ForgeRock components.
• Experience with ForgeRock implementations for financial institutions and integrations with web and mobile applications.
• Project planning, optimization and performance-tuning skills.
• Spoken and written English at B2 level or higher.
