Recruitment process

  • Technical round (45–60 min)
  • Interview with the CEO (45 min)
  • HR interview (30 min)

Responsibilities

  • Own several internal products in the HR and data analysis space.
  • Take each product from POC to MVP and beyond, including hardening, testing, deployment, monitoring, and UX improvements.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and make practical product decisions.
  • Build new features, integrations, and data sources as the products evolve.
  • Design and improve data schemas, integrations, and data flows.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD, observability, structured logs, error alerting, and performance tracking.
  • Create technical specs that live in the app repositories.
  • Use modern AI coding tools productively as part of the daily workflow.
  • Keep products maintainable, understandable, and ready for future team members.

Requirements

  • Experience taking prototypes or POCs into production-grade systems.
  • Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js or other modern programming ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, JSONB, migrations, indexing strategy, and data integrity.
  • Experience with cloud PaaS deployments and CI/CD, especially GitHub Actions.
  • Practical experience with observability: structured logs, performance monitoring, error alerting, and production troubleshooting.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs or other data sources.
  • Good judgment when making technical decisions, especially around stack choices, refactoring, and maintainability.
  • Comfort working without a dedicated platform team.
  • Productive use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
  • A spec-driven mindset: think, write, clarify, and then code.

How we work

  • Be clear about whether a POC, MVP, or production product is being built.
  • Ship regularly in small, visible iterations.
  • Diagnose before fixing.
  • Test at a reasonable level without overcomplicating things.
  • Avoid unnecessary processes and over-architecting.
  • Treat the existing stack as a starting point, not a limitation.
  • Document what matters so others can understand and build on the work.

What success looks like after 90 days

  • Two products have moved from POC to MVP.
  • Internal teams are using the tools instead of spreadsheets or third-party tools.
  • Monitoring is in place and is being acted on.
  • Apps are documented in their repositories, making it easier to onboard another engineer.

Why join us?

  • Real ownership from day one: own three internal products and guide them from proof of concept to stable MVPs.
  • Build tools that directly support recruitment, HR, and data teams in their daily work.
  • Work in a small, agile, supportive team with trust, independence, clear communication, and practical solutions.
  • Shape product and technology direction through architecture, stack, integration, and maintainability decisions.
  • Use a modern engineering workflow with AI coding tools, CI/CD, cloud deployments, observability, and a pragmatic software-building approach.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working model in Krakow.
  • High level of trust and autonomy.
  • Medicover or LuxMed healthcare package.
  • MyBenefit Kafeteria, with monthly crediting and crediting on special occasions.
