Project Overview

The project focuses on enhancing and evolving a CRM platform within the travel domain. The goal is to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and support integrations across multiple systems. The platform enables efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the enhancement and evolution of a CRM platform within a global travel transformation program. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical colleagues to design and implement Salesforce solutions that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and support integrations across multiple systems.

European candidates need to have a 3–4 hour overlap with the client in GMT-4.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality to support CRM business needs.
• Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows across connected platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to clarify needs and scope.
• Troubleshoot issues, support defect resolution, and improve system stability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing across the team.
• Use AI-based tools, where relevant, to improve development efficiency and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher for client communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel industry.
• Experience working with AI-based tools for development or documentation.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows.
