The Work

As Salesforce Senior Developer/Tech Lead, you will manage both onshore and offshore Salesforce technical teams, coordinate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Project Managers, and deliver customized components. The role requires hands-on coding in Apex and Lightning Components.

Flexible work location may include working remotely most of the time, onsite at a client, or in an office, depending on project circumstances. Some in-person time is expected for collaboration, learning and relationship-building with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Advanced hands-on LWC and Apex development, including async processing, governor limits and design patterns such as fflib
  • Declarative platform expertise: Flows, validation rules and approval processes; knowing when to use code versus configuration
  • Data modelling and SOQL/SOSL: scalable schema design, query selectivity, indexing and performance tuning
  • Sharing and visibility: OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules and their data-access implications
  • APIs and integrations: REST/SOAP, Connected Apps, Named Credentials and OAuth flows
  • CI/CD and DevOps tooling: source-driven development (SFDX), pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Copado, and code-quality gates with PMD and SonarQube
  • Daily SF CLI usage for metadata operations, org management and scripting
  • Packaging: unlocked or managed packages for modular, multi-team delivery
  • Release readiness: understanding the three-times-yearly release cycle, sandbox preview testing and impact mitigation
  • Technical leadership: experience leading a development team through code reviews, technical mentoring, task delegation, and enforcement of coding standards and best practices
  • At least 2 certifications; Platform Developer I is mandatory

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Awareness of the Salesforce product ecosystem, licensing model and security features, including Shield and Encryption
  • Exposure to Azure or AWS, identity concepts such as SSO and MFA, and environment strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce-integrated products such as DocuSign, Conga and CPQ

What We Offer

  • Permanent employment contract
  • Individual support from a People Lead, a defined professional development path and the possibility of a session with a Coach
  • Training package covering soft, technical and language training, e-learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, course co-financing and certification opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program with legal, financial and psychological consultations
  • Employee share purchase plan, including eligibility for quarterly dividends for employees who own company shares
  • Paid employee referral program
  • Private medical care and life insurance
  • Access to the MyBenefit platform, including a wide range of products and services such as the Multisport card
