Join as a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead innovation in scalable service-management and assurance systems for the communication service provider (CSP) market. The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring product development aligns with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a white-box understanding of the product through analysis of logs, APIs, architecture, service dependencies, queues, and data flows; assess how functional changes affect the backend and product operating system.
  • Partner daily with engineering teams to refine scenarios, participate in refinements, discuss architecture, and support solution and trade-off decisions.
  • Co-create dimensioning and performance plans for customers, including instance counts and throughput; understand hardware/software limitations and forecast the impact of new features on system load and operating costs.
  • Serve as the product-area point of contact for sales, support, presales, marketing, and CPE partners, applying deep knowledge of product architecture and operator use cases.

Skills and experience

  • White-box understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
  • Practical knowledge of network protocols and the IP stack.
  • Ability to assess the impact of functions on performance and capacity planning.
  • Experience working closely with developers on technical solutions.
  • Proven experience leading software products from concept to market and exploring new opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Excellent English skills for complex technical discussions.

Bonus points

  • Experience with B2B products.
  • Experience in the telco industry, including knowledge of eTOM.
  • Hands-on product-marketing experience.
  • Experience conducting in-depth market research and analysis of emerging trends, competitors, and customer needs.
