Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, ensuring usability, accessibility (WCAG), and consistency.
• Collaborate with frontend developers on UI/UX implementation, including wireframes and interaction concepts.
• Contribute to wireframes, interaction concepts, and UX improvements.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready / Done.
• Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data-protection standards, such as GDPR, and maintain traceability to implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business administration, or comparable experience.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Proven UX/UI experience in complex digital applications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar backlog tools and UX methods, including journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Stakeholder-management experience in large organizations.
• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Polish, written and spoken.

Working Model

Hybrid working model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process.
