Technical Business Analyst (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end business and technical solutions with business and engineering teams.
• Manage the product backlog, support sprint planning, and coordinate deliverables with development teams.
• Plan, track, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Create documentation, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations to support decision-making.
• Support service rollouts across markets and use cases.
• Analyze issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and support bug-fix activities for live services.
• Drive requirement engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build product and business domain knowledge and act as a key stakeholder contact.
• Collaborate with teams working on AWS-based solutions and microservices architectures.
• Work in Agile environments using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Meet with the team in the Katowice office at least once a month to plan work, align priorities, and discuss progress.

Qualifications

• Higher education as a qualified IT specialist or a university degree in Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong understanding of product backlog management and Agile delivery processes.
• Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Draw.io, DataDog, or similar.
• Understanding of AWS environments and microservices-based applications.
• General understanding of networks, databases, and software architecture concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions across business and technical teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Knowledge of SAFe practices and frameworks.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• German communication skills are a plus.
