Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Test new features and releases before launch; document findings and provide structured feedback to the product team.
• Contribute to product ideation and improvement by sharing customer observations, identifying recurring pain points, and helping shape product direction.
• Respond to customer support tickets by troubleshooting issues, answering product questions, and providing prompt, helpful support.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and product documentation.
• In time, support the planning and rollout of the productised intranet offering for new customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software tools quickly.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
• Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint is an advantage; experience with HubSpot and AI assistants such as Claude is also advantageous.
• Openness to hybrid work, with 2 days in the office.
• Very good English and Polish communication skills.
