Senior Business Analyst (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, ensuring usability, accessibility (WCAG), and consistency.
• Collaborate with frontend developers on UI/UX implementation, including wireframes and interaction concepts.
• Contribute to wireframes, interaction concepts, and UX improvements.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready / Done.
• Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) and maintain traceability to implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business administration, or comparable experience.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
• Proven UX/UI experience in complex digital applications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar backlog tools and UX methods, including journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Stakeholder management experience in large organizations.
• Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.

Working Model

• Hybrid working model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week.
