Senior Business Analyst (Payments Domain)

Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target architecture and sustainable solutionsElicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholdersTranslate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for development teamsSecure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycleCreate and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvementsSupport developers and testers within the team and broader delivery organizationVerify delivered solutions through test result validationProvide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutionsRequirements:Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysisExcellent written and spoken English skills with experience in international collaborationHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceStrong knowledge of API development, Data Mapping and Process ModellingUnderstanding of the banking sector and payment domainPractical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and designFamiliarity with architecture diagrams, including sequence diagramsSolid technical knowledge enabling effective collaboration with developersProficiency with analysis tools and methodologiesVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:Familiarity with regulatory requirements within the banking sectorPractical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIsKnowledge of Single Payments and Multi Payments systemsOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
