SharePoint SME / 3rd Line Technical Specialist

On-site work: 5 days per week.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint SME / 3rd Line Technical Specialist to support and evolve a SharePoint estate across on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in SharePoint upgrades, administration, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as 3rd line escalation for complex SharePoint issues
• Lead SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades
• Manage and support SharePoint Online (M365)
• Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability

Essential Skills

• SharePoint Server 2019 and Subscription Edition (SE)
• SharePoint Online (M365)

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft 365 stack: OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online
• Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
• Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

Secondary Skills – SharePoint Development

• Design and build SharePoint solutions using SPFx
• Develop using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
• Integrate SharePoint with third-party systems, such as ServiceNow, CRM, HR systems, and APIs
• Build automations using Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
