SharePoint Administrator (0.5 FTE)

We are currently looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join an international IT environment and take responsibility for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the SharePoint platform. You will ensure platform stability, security, and performance while supporting collaboration, content management, user access, and the continuous improvement of the SharePoint environment.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: Kraków, PolandWork mode: RemoteWorkload: 0.5 FTEBudget: 140–170 PLN net/h – B2BStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate's availability)Project length: Long-termOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandProject scope:Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade SharePoint environments.Manage site collections, content databases, document libraries, and web applications.Perform daily monitoring, system health checks, and troubleshooting of SharePoint-related issues.Manage user accounts, permissions, access levels, and security groups.Ensure SharePoint platform security in line with organizational security and compliance requirements.Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.Monitor storage, platform usage, activity, and overall system performance.Apply patches, updates, and version upgrades to maintain platform stability and security.Provide technical support to end users and resolve SharePoint-related incidents.Automate administrative and repetitive tasks using PowerShell.Collaborate with development teams on the deployment of custom solutions, workflows, and integrations.Manage SharePoint site lifecycle, archiving, governance, and compliance processes.Maintain technical documentation covering platform configurations, procedures, and governance policies.Competence demands:Strong professional experience in SharePoint administration.Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading SharePoint environments.Strong knowledge of SharePoint site collections, document libraries, content databases, and web applications.Experience with user access management, permissions, security groups, and platform security.Good knowledge of backup, restore, disaster recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server, Office 365, and IIS.Experience with SharePoint performance monitoring and optimization.Understanding of governance, compliance, security, and site lifecycle management.Ability to provide technical support and collaborate effectively with developers and end users.Experience working with Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Very good English communication skills.Nice to have:Experience designing SharePoint site structures, templates, and workflows.Knowledge of Power BI.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience deploying custom SharePoint solutions and integrations.Experience preparing governance and technical documentation.Experience providing SharePoint training and supporting user adoption.Experience working in international enterprise environments.We offer:100% remote working model.Part-time engagement – 0.5 FTE.Full-time cooperation agreement based on B2B.Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).Multisport card (also for an accompanying person).Life insurance.Opportunity to work in an international IT environment.Recruitment process:Introductory call.Technical interview.Final decision.
