Your responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support and problem resolution for end users and internal IT teams, and collaborate in international IT projects.
  • Ensure system compliance and baseline security in line with policies and best practices.
  • Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
  • Configure and maintain the networking environment, including switches and firewalls.
  • Monitor systems and services to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
  • Support internal users professionally, with a focus on responsiveness and technical accuracy.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.

Our requirements

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator / 3rd Line Support Specialist to maintain a secure, efficient and scalable IT environment in a fast-paced professional-services setting with exposure to IT outsourcing models. The role requires deep technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to systems support, infrastructure management and application administration.

  • 3–5 years of work experience.
  • Proven hands-on IT system administration experience in a hybrid on-premises/cloud environment.
  • Microsoft and other relevant technology certifications are a plus.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure technologies: Entra, Active Directory, Group Policies, virtualization, storage and backup solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration and security expertise, including Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
  • Experience managing network devices and firewalls; HPE Aruba knowledge is a plus.
  • Database administration and backup experience with MS SQL and Oracle, including configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, backup and restoration.
  • SQL query development, including writing and optimizing queries, reports and stored procedures for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Polish and English proficiency, spoken and written, at a minimum C1 level.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience supporting professional-services or IT outsourcing environments.
  • Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry background is an advantage.
  • Communicative and open to working in a global company and international IT team.

What will the recruitment process look like?

  1. Application screening and brief feedback via the platform.
  2. A short phone interview with an HR Specialist for selected candidates.
  3. Stage 1: Teams meeting with an HR Specialist/HR Manager and the Department Manager.
  4. Stage 2: Meeting with a future team member and the hiring manager.
  5. Stage 3: Interview with representatives of the Global IT Department.
  6. On-site meeting at the office with the HR Manager and Department Manager to discuss employment details.
  7. If successful, cooperation begins under a trial period.
