IT Support Engineer - Microsoft Technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Security solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud, endpoint, server, and network environments
• Analyze logs and diagnose incidents
• Support onboarding, deployment, and configuration of Microsoft technologies
• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations
• Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, Systems Administration, or Network/Security Engineering
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Microsoft Security technologies
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows Client
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Customer-facing support experience
• Willingness to work onsite in Kraków 5 days per week
