Senior Application Support Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist to support business-critical applications in a global environment. You will coordinate incidents, service requests, escalations, and vendor activities while helping ensure service continuity and consistent service delivery. The role includes participation in a 24x7 support model, including on-call support outside standard business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support
• Coordinate issue resolution activities
• Monitor service performance
• Support operational improvements
• Collaborate with global support, technology, vendors, and business teams
• Drive timely issue resolution and ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience managing vendors and service delivery
• Experience tracking SLA, KPI, and operational metrics
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request)
• Experience coordinating service requests, escalations, and production issues
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a support environment
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar service management tools
• Very good English (minimum B2)
