Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the OOSD Product Team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will act as the bridge between product, architecture, engineering, and airline partners, ensuring successful delivery of airline retailing and distribution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers in defining and refining product requirements for airline distribution and Offer & Order solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to assess feasibility and define implementation approaches.
  • Manage and maintain delivery-ready backlog items in partnership with Product Managers.
  • Drive requirements refinement and support Agile ceremonies.
  • Work with airline partners and internal stakeholders on API and integration requirements.
  • Ensure product features meet functional and technical acceptance criteria.
  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new capabilities.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and integration challenges.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, NDC, GDS, PSS, and Offer & Order concepts.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, JSON/XML).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IATA standards (NDC, One Order, ARM).
  • Knowledge of airline retailing transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with microservices and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience working in SaaS or travel technology environments.
