Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner

We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to join an international project focused on the development and rollout of a Data Controls Engine (DCE) platform supporting data governance, compliance and control processes.

Description

This is a technical, product-focused role sitting between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will help define how the platform should work, translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements, and work closely with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business, product and development teams.
• Gather requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
• Work directly with developers on APIs, integrations, data flows, system behaviour, and technical dependencies.
• Support the development of the Data Controls Engine (DCE) platform.
• Help manage and prioritise the product backlog.

Candidate Profile

• Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong experience working with software development teams.
• Good understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with data platforms, governance, controls, or compliance is highly valuable.
• Suitable for someone moving from Technical Business Analysis towards Product Ownership who wants to remain hands-on with technical delivery.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
