Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Design secure, performant, and maintainable system architectures and APIs
- Guide the team in writing clean, efficient, and testable code
- Oversee testing and quality assurance for reliability and performance
- Manage deployments, monitor system health, and optimize performance
- Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coach team members, and support career development

Requirements
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams of approximately 8 people
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
