For our project from healthcare technology industry, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will participate in a pharma custom build Laboratory Information Management System development and implementation. The main focus will be on defining requirements for customization / configuration and integration requirements (e.g., defining mapping specifications between source and target system).TasksRegular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements.Review designs and approaches with the business ahead of implementation to collect feedback.Demo the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements.Clear communication and stakeholder management.ExpectationsAt least 5 years working experience as a business analyst.Experience with a validated environment (pharma preffered).Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) would be very beneficialFamiliarity with Jira and Confluence.Experience with Agile SDLCStrong communication skills.Attention to detail.Persistence in finding the right solution to issues.Life sciences (pharmaceuticals or CRO) experience preferred.
