Senior Business Analyst (LIMS)

For a healthcare technology project, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to participate in the development and implementation of a custom-built pharmaceutical Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The main focus is defining requirements for customization, configuration, and integrations, including mapping specifications between source and target systems.

Tasks

• Conduct regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements.
• Review designs and approaches with the business before implementation and collect feedback.
• Demonstrate the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the requirements backlog.
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders.

Expectations

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in a validated environment; pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• LIMS experience is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile SDLC.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Persistence in finding appropriate solutions to issues.
• Life sciences experience, in pharmaceuticals or a CRO, is preferred.
