Description

You will play a key role in defining architecture standards, best practices, and technical direction for a production-grade AI agent platform where security, governance, reliability, and Responsible AI are top priorities. The platform leverages AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Langflow, n8n, and modern LLM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture and technical standards for AI agents across the platform
• Design single-agent and multi-agent systems, orchestration patterns, RAG solutions, tool integration, memory management, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Establish best practices covering the entire agent lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and versioning
• Define security, governance, access control, and multi-tenant isolation standards
• Design integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, knowledge platforms, and AI services
• Support engineering teams with complex agentic use cases and architectural decisions
• Drive observability standards, including tracing, logging, monitoring, latency tracking, and cost attribution
• Contribute to platform roadmap decisions by evaluating emerging AI frameworks, models, and technologies
• Improve developer experience through templates, documentation, reference implementations, and tooling

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade AI, GenAI, or LLM-based solutions
• Strong software engineering background (Python, APIs, distributed systems, testing, software lifecycle management)
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Langflow, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, n8n, or similar
• Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, tool calling, context management, and model orchestration
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval strategies
• Strong cloud architecture experience, ideally within AWS environments
• Understanding of AI security risks and governance principles
• Experience designing scalable, multi-tenant enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, evaluation, and operational aspects of AI systems
• Experience working in regulated environments is highly valued
