Description

Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of as-is and to-be business processes using Microsoft Visio; maintain a comprehensive library of process documentation.
• Lead requirements elicitation workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings; translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories in Jira.
• Work with business users, product owners, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered solutions are fit for purpose.
• Support testing activities including test case development, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for comprehensive test coverage and business readiness.
• Maintain change request discipline by documenting, assessing, prioritising, and managing requests through relevant processes.
• Advocate for high-value delivery by identifying and supporting initiatives that deliver significant business impact.
• Support business readiness and change activities including training materials, user communications, and stakeholder preparation.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across business areas; manage relationships, expectations, priorities, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels for both business and technical audiences.
• Support project managers with planning, coordination, and delivery activities as required.
• Manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently, prioritising effectively in line with business requirements and changing priorities.
• Work confidently across different business functions with flexibility and resilience.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst within complex business and/or technology environments
• Strong expertise in business process mapping with demonstrable experience using Microsoft Visio
• Proven requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including creation of user stories in Jira
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across varied business areas
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for business and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
• Exposure to Jira and other Agile/project delivery tools
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and defect management
• Experience within project delivery environments (project management exposure considered an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-starting approach with initiative and drive
