HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist with German

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within a global organization. In this role, you will deliver high-quality HR operational services, ensure data accuracy across HR systems, and collaborate with employees, managers, payroll, and HR teams to provide an excellent employee experience.

You will also contribute to process improvements, HR reporting, and the optimization of HR service delivery while working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Coordinate HR activities with employees, managers, payroll, and other HR teams.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide day-to-day support regarding HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.

HR Operations

• Deliver HR operational services in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle employee requests and resolve HR-related queries through HR service channels.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support HR operational excellence initiatives.
• Escalate operational risks and support issue resolution when required.

HR Systems & Data

• Maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process employee data updates and organizational changes.
• Support HRIS administration, testing, and system enhancements.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs related to employee lifecycle and HR service delivery.
• Support internal reporting and audit activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Practical experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience working in an international or global environment will be an advantage.
• Fluent English.

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience supporting HR process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR service delivery models and shared services environments.
