AI Data Products Consultant (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of robust, scalable data products, data architectures, and AI-ready data platforms.
• Develop and maintain data transformation and integration pipelines, including ETL processes from multiple sources, using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Provision and structure high-quality data for analytics, machine learning, and GenAI use cases.
• Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into effective data engineering solutions.
• Take responsibility for complex data projects, manage system integration, and define strategic guidelines based on data analysis.
• Support data governance, data quality, Data Product Operating Models, and production-ready data provision for AI use cases.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Initial project experience and interest in data engineering, such as data products, data modeling, AI, or data warehousing systems.
• Experience with at least one programming language, ideally Python, as well as SQL/NoSQL and a data engineering technology or platform such as dbt, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• In-depth understanding and specific knowledge of data products, data modeling, data warehousing, data engineering, and modern data and AI architectures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a consulting capacity.
• Passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills.
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits to the Katowice office once per month.

Additional advantages

• Experience with Docker, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Dimensional and Data Vault modeling.
