Senior IT Analyst (KYC / AML)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, regulatory and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse business processes and data flows to support solution design.
• Assess the impact of changes and manage dependencies across systems and teams.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Architecture, Development, QA and Operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution delivery in an Agile environment.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with requirements engineering and business/system analysis.
• Experience in business process modelling.
• Strong knowledge of user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
• Experience with data analysis and data mapping.
• Understanding of system integrations and API concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise-level IT solutions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Practical knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), onboarding or related regulatory processes.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, written and spoken.
