System Analyst - Junior, Mid & Senior Talent Pool

About the position

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join us and support future IT projects delivered for our clients. Submitted applications will be used to enable a quick response to future business needs. Selected candidates will be contacted when a relevant recruitment process is initiated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed system analyses based on business requirements and general technical design, including database structure, database-level validations, interfaces, methods, error messages, technical communication aspects, security mechanisms, and logging scope.
• Develop technical specifications for external-system access interfaces, including XSD schemas, validations, and correctness rules.
• Describe technical requirements that external systems must meet to use interfaces.
• Define service methods, returned-data scope, and the minimum parameters required to invoke them.
• Prepare sample request and response messages for all interfaces.
• Create IT system requirements specifications.
• Maintain and update the repository of analytical system documentation.
• Propose and consult system solutions with stakeholders and teams implementing the defined requirements.
• Support developers and testers throughout the software development lifecycle and subsequent system maintenance.

Requirements

• Candidates at Junior through Senior levels are welcome; responsibilities and seniority will be matched to skills, experience, and available opportunities.
• Experience identifying and managing user requirements and preparing system specifications.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Polish language proficiency enabling fluent verbal and written communication, at least C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience working with large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and Jira.
