User Access Certification Analyst

Salary: 24,000–30,000 PLN gross (employment)

Tasks

• Build and scale the user access certification program across applications and systems
• Lead and coordinate periodic access certification campaigns
• Design and implement processes to detect and resolve inappropriate access
• Partner with business owners, security teams, and IT application teams
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reports
• Automate and streamline certification workflows
• Support internal and external audits
• Analyze entitlement data and perform data validation
• Produce and maintain clear process documentation
• Deliver training for reviewers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user access governance, access certification, identity and access management, or a related IT control function
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing user access reviews and certification campaigns
• Practical experience working with identity and access management systems (IAM)
• Direct experience supporting internal or external compliance audits
• Strong data analysis skills (MS Excel, SQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent in English and Polish
