Description

This role focuses on providing expert Salesforce application consulting within ERP Customer Sales Apps. Primary objectives include managing user access, customizing Salesforce applications, and supporting incident management.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage user access in Sales Cloud, Account Engagement, and Azure for SSO.
• Customize objects and flows based on change requests or incidents.
• Use custom code (Apex) to enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Perform data export and import tasks using Data Loader.
• Assist the business with advanced reporting features in Sales Cloud.
• Manage the application lifecycle using Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI, and GitHub.

Key Requirements

• Sales Cloud customization: objects and flows.
• Apex development experience.
• Account Engagement customization: fields and email templates.
• User access management skills.
• Salesforce Data Loader proficiency or experience with similar tools.
• Experience with Git and GitHub repositories.
• Salesforce CLI knowledge for deployment.
• Integration experience with OAuth 2.0 and Salesforce API.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
