Your Mission

You’ll combine creative design with digital marketing, helping build a strong and consistent brand across every customer touchpoint. From designing websites and marketing materials to supporting campaigns and improving user experience, you’ll play a key role in how the brand is seen by customers and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Design modern websites, landing pages and marketing materials.
• Create intuitive user experiences and website designs using Figma and WordPress.
• Build, update and optimise company websites.
• Create engaging graphics and content for social media.
• Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Improve website UX/UI, SEO, responsiveness and performance.
• Use AI tools to speed up and enhance your creative workflow.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all online and offline channels.
• Work closely with different teams to bring ideas to life.
• Own projects from concept to launch, delivering high-quality work on time.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic and web design.
• Strong experience with Figma and WordPress.
• Good understanding of UX/UI, responsive design and website optimisation.
• Portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, independent mindset.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Commercial mindset—you understand that good design supports business growth.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools for design or content creation.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Video editing or motion design skills.
• Experience supporting social media or digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in an international or fast-growing company.
