What you'd actually be doing

You'd work day-to-day with the head of delivery, who runs the projects and keeps things on track so you can stay in the work. But you're not hidden behind her either: you'll write to clients, join workshops, and present your own work. If you'd rather never talk to a client, this isn't the right fit.

Every project runs with two designers. Nobody ships alone here. That means you always have someone to argue with about the spacing, and someone who can cover you when you're out.

The work splits between brand, web, and product. Clients are venture firms, fintech, crypto, and AI/dev tools. Some projects are a full rebrand. Some are a website where the hard part is figuring out what the company should say about itself. Some are the product itself: dashboards, onboarding, and the screens people use every day.

Clients range from seed rounds to public companies. Most are US-based, so you'll write English more often than you speak it.

Typical rhythm: two or three projects in flight, four to eight weeks each. Both designers are named on the work.

Who we're looking for

Designers who do not want to be categorized solely as a website designer or UX designer, and who want their creative talents to take various forms.

If you check at least two out of these five checkboxes:

• Strong affinity for brand design and web design
• Ability to prototype your own concepts using Webflow, Claude Code, Cursor, or React
• Passion for perfecting UI details and microinteractions
• Animation skills using AE, Jitter, Cinema, or similar tools
• Copywriting ownership; words matter as much as visual language

Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and genuinely nice to work with.

Must-haves

• Figma mastery
• Basic understanding of the industry: venture capital, fintech, and SaaS startups
• Relevant portfolio
• English B2/C1
