Interim Engineering Manager – Tech-Savvy & AI-First

We are looking for an experienced Interim Engineering Manager to support the organization during the recruitment for a permanent position.
What we are looking for
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Strong technical background and deep understanding of modern software development
- An AI-first mindset and experience using AI in engineering
- Ability to quickly step in, create structure, and support both the team and individual engineers
- Experience working in startup/scale-up companies and fast-paced environments
- 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in similar roles
Duration
Until a permanent Engineering Manager has been recruited.
