Description

Lead the engineering effort for a new enterprise Data Integration Platform. You will define engineering standards, design the platform architecture, help shape the long-term technology strategy, and actively participate in building the platform (not a traditional “manage-only” role). The role includes applying AI and agentic engineering to the engineering process.

• Collaborate with Operations, Security, and Product teams
• Use AI and agentic engineering in solution creation
• Mentor and grow the team’s technical competencies

Requirements

• Experience as Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Technical Lead
• Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Data Integration
• Very good knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and make technical decisions
• Practical experience using AI in engineering work
• Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development practices
• Interest in Agentic Engineering and automation of software development processes
• Hands-on mindset and active involvement in platform building
