The Technical SEO team is part of the Content & SEO team. Together with SEO PMs, SEO operations, and content creators, the team attracts job seekers through valuable articles that rank highly in search results.

The Technical SEO team identifies website improvements, follows trends and updates, recommends changes, and provides guidance and support to help more people find jobs.

Technologies and Tools

The tech stack can grow and change, with opportunities to learn new tools. Expected familiarity includes:

  • Cloud SEO applications such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • Desktop SEO applications such as Screaming Frog
  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio
  • Google Sheets, including advanced operations, macros, and Apps Script
  • Schema markup
  • HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, including basic working knowledge of at least one coding harness such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex
  • Basic JIRA features or other Kanban tools
  • Google Workspace, Meet, Zoom, and Slack

What You’ll Do

  • Perform technical SEO audits following best practices for website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, error handling, and redirects
  • Analyze improvement areas, recommend changes, and verify implementation
  • Regularly monitor website traffic metrics and identify optimization opportunities
  • Execute and co-create a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic
  • Assist with and ultimately own collaboration with development, infrastructure, and other technical partner teams
  • Work closely with SEO specialists, content team members, and stakeholders; provide technical SEO support and guidance
  • Stay current with SEO news and trends, particularly in technical SEO

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of on-site and technical SEO experience, preferably for international SaaS sites or marketplaces
  • Extensive SEO knowledge and the ability to apply it in real-life situations
  • Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, and similar technical SEO tools
  • Experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and troubleshooting SEO issues
  • Spoken and written English at B2 level or higher
  • Spoken and written Polish at B2 level or higher
  • Ability to reverse-engineer existing solutions and develop new ones
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Openness to new approaches, tools, and testing ideas that support growth
  • Readiness for responsibility and ownership

Good to Have

  • Agency background
  • Site migration experience
  • Python, SQL, or BigQuery knowledge for analyzing larger datasets
  • Basic Google Cloud Platform knowledge
  • Knowledge of internationally recognized web accessibility standards and practical a11y audit skills
