Kotlin (Java) Developer

Role Description

Collaborate with developers, testers, and the organization to build and run a Kotlin-based product.

• Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end features using a simple UI framework.
• Work with the engineering team to design and launch new features.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and respond to feature requests.
• Build APIs and microservices to solve impactful business problems.
• Work in an Agile CI/CD environment for rapid iterations.

Requirements

• Mid-level (3–5 years) Java experience; willingness to work in Kotlin is acceptable.
• Kotlin experience, or Java experience with willingness to learn Kotlin.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: API development, SQL/databases, HTML/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Good English communication skills.
