We are looking for an SAP CAP Java Cloud Developer to join the team.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Java development experience
• Experience creating REST web services
• Experience with Spring Framework and Maven or Gradle
• Familiarity with project-management and version-control systems, such as Jira or Git
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Understanding of OOP and OOAD principles, data structures, algorithms, databases, networks, and software development best practices, including design and architectural patterns
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, Docker, Kubernetes, or the SAP CAP framework

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale applications using Java and current modern frameworks
• Focus on backend software development and integrations with third-party products
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, release and version control, testing, deployment, and support
• Work as part of an agile, globally distributed team
