Required skills

• Strong Node.js development skills with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience creating REST web services.
• Experience using the Express Framework.
• Familiarity with project-management and version-control systems, including Jira and Git.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Understanding of OOP and OOAD principles, software best practices, design and architectural patterns, data structures, algorithms, databases, and networks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English at B2+ level.

Nice-to-have skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend applications using Node.js and SAP BTP/CAP.
• Work with the SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment, including configuring and maintaining services.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, release and version control, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work as part of an agile, globally distributed team.
