Description

You will help customers create information strategies, design best-in-class data platforms, and support data-driven transformation. You will engage stakeholders to discover Data & Analytics opportunities, lead strategy and solution discussions, and ensure delivery quality with actionable, documented outputs. You will also own presales activities for the Healthcare vertical, including proposals and RFxs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer business stakeholders to identify Data & Analytics opportunities

• Lead and challenge team members and customers to create strategies and solutions

• Map customer vision and requirements to products and components

• Remove business, technical, and political roadblocks as a data advocate

• Mentor and coach clients and team members on data & analytics best practices

• Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery, and output quality

• Ensure strategies are actionable and documented for clean handover to implementation

• Assemble teams to deliver MVPs (analysts and engineers)

• Work with account managers to build and manage customer relationships

• Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to define and prioritize strategic and immediate needs

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design solutions and drive business value

• Support business development with proposals and pitches

• Respond to RFxs, create proposals, and present them to potential clients

• Own and drive Data & Analytics presales activities in the Healthcare vertical

Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience in the data and analytics domain

• 3+ years in management, delivery, consulting, or presales roles

• 5+ years in the Life Sciences industry or working with Life Sciences clients

• Knowledge of one or more Life Sciences areas (clinical trials, R&D, Commercial, Regulatory & Compliance, etc.)

• Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users

• Ability to facilitate and drive strategy discussions

• Ability to participate in and influence solution design discussions

• Solid knowledge of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends

• Experience delivering end-to-end data & analytics projects as part of a team (data lake, DWH, advanced analytics, BI/reporting)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to dynamic audiences

• Ability to manage customer expectations and present deliverables to senior stakeholders

• Ability to frame presales opportunities into customer engagement

• Primary focus on one or more Data & Analytics areas: Cloud Data Platforms, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Science, Predictive Analytics

• Experience managing medium to large-scale software/technology initiatives
