Description

You will develop customer data and behavior insights to enable better shopping experiences. The role includes designing and statistically evaluating test scenarios, analyzing cross-channel customer journeys, and partnering with Data Science to industrialize data products for international interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for emerging questions around customer data and customer behavior, from goal definition to data-driven action recommendations
• Conceptualize, run, and evaluate test scenarios statistically to measure the impact of different measures
• Analyze the customer journey across channels to understand and optimize how app impulses relate to in-store purchasing behavior
• Work closely with Data Science to industrialize data products and serve as a contact for international stakeholders in customer data analytics

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in (customer) analytics, e-commerce, or CRM
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; Databricks experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and experience with machine learning
• Analytical, structured, methodical working style; ability to explain complex topics simply
• Native/professional German required; good English skills
